Their food is really good; things you won't find elsewhere. They also make great cocktails! We've been twice, most recently for a birthday with a party of ten. They handled it flawlessly, can't say enough good about this place. Family run, and homey.

I wasn't aware of this restaurant in Longmont. I've always loved Peruvian cuisine. Lomo Saltado is my favorite Peruvian dish. I would seriously go out of my way to drive over an hour or more to dine here. That's how much I love this place. The staff is very friendly, ambiance is great and the food is phenomenal. If you never tried Yucca, order it here! It's similar to French fries BUT better! I've had Yucca often in the past. This is hands-down THE BEST! The waitress offered to bring more out but I was stuffed. Nice gesture on her behalf. For my main entree I ordered Lomo Saltado. Fantastic dish and Rosario's didn't disappoint! I skipped dessert. However, looks like they have some yummy options. I will try their flan during my next visit. Again, I will return here as I would love to try more of their delicious food. If you're curious about Peruvian food, check this place out. I hope they do well and succeed! I LOVE gems like this!!

Food was very interesting, fresh, and very yummy. My favorite thing was the Chica Morada, Peruvian non-alcoholic drink. One of my favorites of all-time.

Food is sooo good but lighting is sooo awful. Please dim your lights so it's a nice dare night atmosphere. People can use their phones to light up the menu! Wonderful food and service

Amazing place! We got there when they were about to close but still had a great service. Juan Carlos was our server and he was super nice. The food was also really good, we ordered 4 tours and they all were awesome!

This place is so spacious and I love all the decorations. It makes me want to visit Peru... one day since it's on my bucket list! I got the Papa Rellena... OMG so good! The crispy and the softness of the potato with the sauce and pickled onions was a great combination! I got the Jalea Mixta - SEAFOOD LOVERS this is it! It's different fried seafoods and very carb heavy but filled with so much love, flavor, and satisfaction. You can definitely share this dish between two people. The service was amazing! The waiters were genuine and answered all of my questions. I came here for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. The place did slowly start filling up nicely. I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!! I want to try everything. The is plenty of free parking!

Outstanding & Authentic Peruvian Food My boyfriend is Peruvian and his family was visiting from Lima when we decided to try this place out for the second time. The first time we went... it was amazing and we knew we needed to take them when they came to visit. The service has been friendly and attentive each time we have gone. The food is next level and of exceptional quality. Everyone in his family absolutely loved all of the dishes and were very impressed. The huancaina pasta and lomo saltado were my personal favorites as well as the chorros. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. We will definitely be back again and again. I wish we could go once a week.

It's as if you flew to Peru to have a meal. We were greeted and seated by our waiter JUAN. With a smile he helped us review the choices on the menu and there are quite a few choices to select from. We selected our meals, the #1 and #11 Tour plates. The #1 Tour Plate is Ceviche - Papa rellena - Chicken arroz Chaufa. The #11Tour Plate is Arroz con Camarones - Fried Calamary - Ceviche. Inside is just like being there. The decor, music, and aroma of all the great food just makes it happen. What to have some Great Peruvian Food at a very affordable price then Rosatio's is where you want to be.

Ate here this past weekend. Drove two hours from Colorado Springs to try it out. The prices were super reasonable. We first tried the maracuja sour, and it was delicious. Had the papa la huancaina as an appetizer, and the whole table loved it. I got the aji de gallina, and my friend got the tour #9. I really liked the causa and Lomo saltado. The only thing we didn't think was great was the anticuchos. They were not as tasty and didn't come with any dipping sauces like other peruvian places in lima we have visited. Overall, well worth the drive and the price. Can't wait to go back!!
